Single-Pin Heavy Duty Clamp

Our most popular style of clamp is the single-pin heavy duty clamp.  It’s simple design and dependability make it one of the most commonly used clamps in processing equipment.  As you can see there is a single-pin which acts as a hinge to open and close the clamp. Finally, there is a threaded bolt that is used to secure the clamp in place, connecting two ferrules with a gasket in between.

Alternative designs for the single-pin clamp include the double-pin and three segment clamp.  These clamps include additional hinges which some users find beneficial when working in tight spaces where maneuverability may be difficult.  In terms of pressure ratings, the single/double/and three segment clamps are rated roughly the same for the amount of pressure they can withstand.

Double-Bolt High-Pressure Clamp

If you are working with pressurized processing systems then this next clamp will most likely be your clamp of choice.  The double-bolt high-pressure clamp is rated to handle pressures 3 – 5 times higher than other clamps available. As you can see, the high-pressure clamp is able to come complete apart upon removing the two nuts.  Securing the clamp in place with threaded nut a bolt connection makes this type of clamp our most secure offering.

Squeeze Clamp

Our last style of sanitary clamp is the squeeze clamp.  The unique selling point of this clamp is the ability to secure the clamp in place with one hand.  If you are connecting tubes where one end is not currently supported this clamp is ideal for a one-man installation by allowing you to hold the tube with one hand and secure the clamp with the other.
